In need of
Does anyone have a distributor with electronic ignition for 1991 chevy 5.7 (350).
My starter relay shorted out and fried the electronic ignition. I'd like to get the entire distributor if anyone has one. Thanks

Spare: No it's a Prestolite but I understand AC delco has a conversion kit that comes with the distributor, elect ign and coil, which I think it is the est kit I'm talking about. I did find out that the same electronic ign in my prestolite now fits a ford also.
If you can get me the EST set up I'll buy it from you instead of looking around. If the springs in mine break you can't replace them. No one makes them anymore. This distributor and it's internal parts are becoming obsolete. Reel: is that how your wife woooed you:: with mechanical talk???

go to advance if theres one around you i ordered mine from there they have a book there for conversion from points to electronic and the detributors themselves ill get the company name in the morn and post it

gotcha on that when i looked at their book(pertronix) in advance here where im at i mistook it as they have everything anyone would ever need on a distributor
