Don't get me started on this one. The last engine I built for somebody took him almost 10 months to pay me back for. I ended up going to his dad who owns the place where he lived as I was tired of excuses and waiting for teh money. It's one thing when people pay me for teh parts up front and $50 a week or something until it's payed off, but floating over $500 for months at a time puts a hurtin on the ole wallet.

Ive been on both sides of the fence and it sucks, in my business I'm waiting for a customer to pay me so I can pay a sub or a supply house .... and living in a resort town and these being 2nd or 3rd homes for ppl and the fact there mostly professionals and are all over the country or world at any given time its hard getting paid on time even with a contract and a payment schedule.

OK GUYS ILL TELL U MY BEST ONE YET AND I WILL DO IT AT 35MPH

this car i have done work on it before toyota landcruiser 4.5 daul fuel
The car came to me september last year found it had burnt valves. The owner didnt want to pay $2500 for the head to be recoed as it 4 valves per cylinder and inserts need to be changed so i said your only way to do it on the cheap is to find a used head

well i found a good one had it pressure tested new valve seals and tappets adjusted came to $ 1300 with gakets .I asked the guy he has to pay up for parts before i do any more well i didnt get the money of him till Feb . then he had the cheek to ask for a reciept for the whole job so he could claim it on his insurance so he could pay me wtf . I gave him one cause i wanted this car gone the chickens were laying eggs in it lol

well the car went 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the rest im very pissed off with this guy he has taken advantage of me and my fuse is coming to a end

see what being fair and kind does
