Man I know yer pumped up about this boat and they are rare there and all that...but please don't pay this guy 18 grand for that boat...I've been watching these boats for YEARS now and there's NEVER been one worth anywhere near that much...I'm really a big fan of V-20s!!...but this is WAY over the top...and another thing...buying a boat before wet-testing it is VERY RISKY...I wish you all the best, but this seller is trying to hold you up...have one more sleep on it...

I agree with Reel. I know its tough if you have your heart on something and have cash in your pocket, but this is a big purchase and you should take your time.

I agree with the others about the price. A 20 year old boat should not cost more than 5-6 thousand dollars in top condition! Also boat motors run differently out of water than in the water, always test run for at least an hour to make sure it runs ok and does not run hot. Check the condition of the steering, electrical system, and engine controls. Before buying check (tap with rubber mallet, listen for hollow sound) transom and stringers and under the floor, very good. Look for leaks, oil ,gear oil ,water, gas etc. Use ALL your senses! Listen, Look ,Feel, Smell ect. When I bought mine it looked ok but I soon found out it was all rotted out! Most things can be fixed but require some time and money. Look for soft spots in the floor and on the hatches. Check out the trailer rollers or bunks, tires, wheel bearings, frame condition, lights and brakes if it has them. You may have something to bargain over. If you have doubts or questions, wait and ask us here maybe we can give you some sound advice. Good Luck!

ok a very big thank you to all u guys im up early cause i cant sleep im hearing u loud and clear my main concerns is the condition of the hull the mechanicail side im not to stressed cause if the engine is alittle tired im happy to rebuild my self it only makes it a better boat in the end and its only the cost of parts

as goes for the priceing i offered him 14500 fo it and he said 17500 is the lowest its about 7000 all up to get a boat shipped here and well if im in love with the look of the hull not much i can do about unless i cut my balls off

thid is a example ford here have a 302 celeland v8 the heads r only casted here u can get them for 50 bucks at junk yards ive seen them as much a 400 on ebay for sale in the states it goes with some imprted cars same thing im sure u no what im saying

as for the electronic kit i dont think we have suplliers for them here but i will look in to it maybe one of u nice guys can mail me one and ill wire u the money or list it on ebay and ill buy it lol

well now im sitting here drinking coffee and got a full packet of smokes hope they last me till i go

Well if you can get one shipped for 7K I'd start looking over here. For $7500 ($14500 total investment) you can get a pretty good V here I would think.

Isnt Nipper selling his boat?
