Telleflex Silverado 3300 is that good hose? The specs on the box sound like it is but it sure looks different than what I am used to or what was on the boat.

Perfect.
I had to see if it was alcohol resistant.
Be sure to install a water separator/filter too.

I wasn't thinking about it being a belly tank!!!
Look at their site.
http://www.teleflexmarine.com/products/hose/fuel/
Scroll down to the Low Permeation Hoses, Series #365 or Series #368.
The 3000 is better for from the water separator to the engine.

Just a hint, if you are going to replace the 1.5" fill hose, attach your new hose to the old one using a piece of 1.5" OD pipe and SCREW the two pieces of hose to the pipe. Dont use clamps you probably wont get clamps through there. Then when you pull your old hose out it pulls your new hose through. Thats how i replaced all 8 feet of fill hose on my 250 Sportsman.
