I like how you guys work - old school. I remember coming up as a carpenter, we always set up the saw, had a dedicated sawyer (on the larger jobs) and cut all our own stuff - headers, trimmers, blocking, etc..

Default What's that exterior trim material?

There's a lot of great looking exterior mill work on that job. Are you using that new PVC stuff? What you have there looks way nicer that any lumber I'm seeing. I've seen them using PVC trim on some This Old House projects and it seems like it may be the way to get the old fashioned (clear lumber) look.

Very nice looking job.

Would that be the guest house across the street where you have your truck parked?

Ken,

Thanks for the info. I'll be looking into those products.

I'm trying to get time to work on my V so I can get it out of my shop and start catching some the Spring run Salmon headed up the river - it's taking forever
