Thank you for all the positive comments. I guess like everyone else, it's a work in progress... Curapa Not sure what speeds I'm getting. I don't have anything to measure speed. Just purchased a gps, it's in. Just need to pick it up and install. I have a couple of things that are slowing me down. 1. prop was painted with bottom paint. 2. A blade is slightly damaged(very very minor). 3. Aluminum prop. Next on the shopping list is a ss prop. EEGS2K When I purchased the boat most of the wiring was fried. Did a lot of re-wiring. Part of that repair was replacing the panel. Amazing how much un-needed wiring was removed from the boat partly due to the panel. I wish I took a pic of the extra wires. I made a template and sent it to vector imaging (Hope it was ok to mention their name). They cut the material, and wired the panel. I heard some mixed reviews about them but Scott did a great job. The wiring on the panel was very neat, and he was very easy to work with. I'm very happy how it turned out. If you do a search I'm sure you will see numerous reviews of his company. Bonita Dan & RandlemanBoater Thanks for the positive feedback. It means a lot. I am always working on getting my decks full of blood every chance I get. Have not been so lucky this year, but I'm not discouraged. Like they say, A bad day fishing is better then a good day at work. |
