Texaco did not give me any problem, yet. They had a major issue and they knew it. The bill is now up to about $7K . The injectors are getting replaced tomorrow. New, Bosch, all of them and I am glad. There were a couple stuck open causing a major flooding issue and washing the rings nicely.
Maybe by the weekend it will be running.
If I get saddled with some of the expense, I deserve it for being stupid.

On a bright note, I put the Whaler to good use in Tampa Bay this past weekend to help pay back my friend Bruce that saved me from being stranded with my truck.
MacDill AFB hosted "Airfest 2010". We watched a small piston plane (maybe a Mustang), another twin tail jet fighter (not positive either F-18 or F-22) A-5, skydivers and the Blue Angels.
Before you ask, No, I do not have pictures.
We could not get close enough by boat to see the piston plane, the first fighter never got real close, the Galaxy was impressive. I could not believe the rate of climb and tight banked turns it was making.
No fishin' but the boat ran great and the scenery was nice. I estimate 200 or more boats from kayaks to 70 or 80 footers split up into three viewing locations. It started with 65 degrees and slick and ended up with a mild breeze and a 2' chop after about 2 o'clock. Darn near perfect.

the Blue Angles were suuposed to highlight the Charleston Airfest, but I understand the show at the air base is cancled(its a MATS center and they are too busy), suposably the angles are still coming and plan to do the show over Charleston Harbor, should be quite a show.

I should have stopped before I got outta Texaco's driveway. Now Texaco is sending an adjuster out to make sure the shop isn't putting the wood to them. LOL I am riding in a company truck that isn't too shabby. Gotta go. I know pictures.
