I've seen the kits to use oil instead of grease....like 18 wheeler trailers.... But it's heavy weight oil. and it works very well. I wonder if he filled the inside of the AXLE itself before welding on the second spindle. Not much use there, once its welded solid and no more oxygen can enter....end of the corrosion. I'd hate to be the one cutting off a spindle a few years from now.....sounds like a trip to the hospital or worse.

Skools should be all over that. hes probably got enough parts laying around he wouldnt have to have much layout.
