Default Run your car with water

Anybody ever looked into this? I'd be curious if it could be used on io's and inboards also. The site is RunYourCarWithWater.com

The Fuel Cell

Fuel cells produce electricity that can be used as a clean alternative
to gasoline. The fuel cell stack in the FCX Clarity converts hydrogen
(H2) and oxygen (O2) into electricity.

Just think, convert the outboard to run on water.
That would be an ocean of fuel sitting right under the boat.
