Default Zip Tie Tool, which one?

Hey guys, do any of you happen to know which zip ties are the ones that the outboard mechanics use on the fuel and oil lines? They have a curve to them on the inside so as to not pinch the hose.

Also, do you know where I could get one of the guns/tools that they use to cut the ties with?

Thanks!

An EVINRUDE dealer will have the ties your thinking of BGA. OMC came out with them after having leaks on the plastic fuel bowls from the regular zip ties distorting the inlet. As for a tool, I always just used a set of side cutters.

CT, ouch! I know they're expensive...

I think I'll do what Ferm is doing. I'll get the ties from the dealership and just use dikes to clip them.

yes they are very proud of them. and the dykes work just as fine the only difference is that the tool cuts the tie wrap flush so theres no sharp end sticking out but its not worth the 100 dollars more for a special tool.
