Lookin' at your transom hatches...do the lids have some kinda STOP to prevent them from floppin' over on the cleats?...if not, ya might wanna install somethin' ... lotta those lids get busted that way *;) ...

I will be switching soon, I already have the Johnson off of the Starcraft. Kinda want to wait til I sell the Merc to take it off, I know people like to test run things before buying.

Actually, RB, I's referrin' to when the lids are OPEN...if they swing all the way over on the cleats is when there's a problem ;) ...
