Mine self bails out the back.
One of the hoses is broken, so it drains into the bilge. I think there are supposed to be ball check valves in my deck drain hoses, but they are broken. so, I keep corks in the rear hose exits and any water drains into the bilge. I have a bilge pump that I run occasionally. After last year when I forgot my bilge plug and almost sank the V, I will not be caught without a bilge pump. HAMMER, go take some pix for me, just kidding, I just checked all my boat pix and I don't have any here.

There is no room for me to get them in the bilge, cause of the gas tank I added (25 gal) so I just go with out for the last 4 or 5 years. What I need is a self priming pump that can go on th deck with a hose in the bilge, and hope that when I turn it on it can draw up about 10" and then spit it out. I also have to wash down pumps that I have been thinking of putting in there, maybe that would do the trick?? But for now I have a hand pump and CB along for the ride, so as long as CB can pump thats how long we will float! ;D ;)
