no i think that your outboard would weigh to much dont you have a 200 outboard. he said he put a 135 on it. i think your right it is to small.

he is also a new person to ebay i know he has 100% feedback but he is still new and for somthing that important I would want sombody with better expierence but that is just me.

Well, my last resort is to do this. When you guys are out shopping and see a guy with no shoes on, holes in the pants, wearing a cool looking V-20 tee shirt and ringing a bell next to a red bucket, its me begging. ;D

well the bracket can hold the weight of a 4 stroke bot can your transom handle that weight. also you would have to paint it to match the color of your boat. Otherwise it is a good looking bracket. *

just my curiosity again, but I noticed it said it offers more offshore safty, but how does it do this.

also check this one out. i know its small but it is alot cheaper than the other one here is a link.

Fish,
Isn't your boat an I/O. Dump that set up. take your boat to Sunrise Marine, he is just behind the U Haul place on Va Beach Blvd in Pembroke. He can plug the whole and hang the bracket and make it all match. Then Hang an outboard on it and you have a full transom, added flotation at the transom fishing hot rod! Safer in a rough or following sea because of the full transom, and lotsa brackets add flotation.

franco,
yes i do have an i/o but i dont do that serious of fishing, sure i will take a rod and go out and drop a line in but the most i have ever cought was a flounder. *;D
i will think about that in the future but right now i am happy with the set up i have. thanks for the input though *:). but for rough water that would be a great set up. but dont i/o's already have a full transom. What would be nice is the added flotation from the bracket.
