looks like a clean boat but it also has that wide WIDE open transom with what appears to be a 20" shaft motor.

You're right on the wide open transom. But I'm pretty sure that's a 25" leg on that motor.
And MJ, in case you've forgotten, you hate center consoles. :P ::)
