Default Well its New Motor time!!

Well yesterday when I got home from work Tim (BS) came over, and Tim my son and I started to disassemble the Mrec from the boat

After we got the old girl off the boat we started getting ready for the New Yamaha, Tim brought his Dads truck over with the winch set up and it worked Like a charm!
I gave Tim a 2 speed winch for the lift as the one that came with it was garbage!

By the way that F350 is a beast!!

After we dragged it out of the shed, and got the pallet unbolted we got it over to the boat and started to bolt it on

We did not get all the rigging done and the marina said they did not need it to be done, just battery and gas and they have the rest,

And what is this Tim is carrying?? o yea the lower unit for Bobs (CB) Boat, also here in my yard

You were here in spirt bob but nwe never did get a chance to get it on yesterday with the work we did on my boat and the rain starting, but we will get it done!! No worry!

So any way here is the boat at the marina waiting to get towed in for the motor service.
It will get new Oil, Filter, Fuel filters, fuel injectors cleaned, water pump, T stats, lower gear oil, plugs, anodes changed, computer code ck, and anything else it my need done.
I wanted to get all done the first time as to know that I am starting in perfect shape, after that I will do a lot of the service myself unless computer is required.

It will be all done when Tim and I get back from Vacation, Tim is leaving tomorrow for Florida and I am leaving Tue for New Orleans, he will be back 3/21 I will be back 3/22 Then we will finish the rigging and get her in the water.

I can't wait!!!!!

Around 380-390 for the 175 MERC, and somewhere around 640 or so for the 225 YAMAHA with oil rigged.

Ferm is right on! But the Ox is all set with that as it was a Sea Drive orig. and that was close to the same 600 pounds.

Yep my son and Tim did all the work, but hey some one had to get pic's for all you guys!! Besides that they used all my tools and I had a heck of a time getting them all cleaned up :( Tim learned my moto, everything in its place and a place for everything!!
Tim was impressed that every time he asked for something I had it twice!! I said I try to have 2 of everything except wife's, no one needs two of them!!
