Default 115 Merc??

Hello. I'm new to the forum and possibly a V-20. Does anyone have experience with a 6-cyl. 115hp Merc. on a V-20? What is top speed?

Thanks,
Ppabs2

I had a friend with that same combo. Best it would do after much re-propping was 28 mph

Well, I have mentioned before and will again.....not a Merc but 1999 Johnson 115 on an Armstrong bracket pushes me up to 35 mph if conditions are right. 33 if they are not. I cruise around 23/24 mph usually.
