Question CD player for my truck

I'm thinking about installing a cd player/changer in my truck. Whats a good model to use? I'm a complete idiot when it comes to this stuff. Also i'd like to put new speakers etc in it to make it sound better. Anyone have any suggestions? I DONT WANT THAT DAMN VIBRATING ****!

i've had all the Changer the indash changer the MP3 which i still use in my Tahoe and the DVD/MP3 which is in my Vette still too. If you are buying i'd buy a referbed Kenwood MP3 with wireless remote, referbed due to 2 yr warranty where new units of most all brands only have a 1 yr warranty. I've had Pioneer, was junk skipped alot. had Sony Changer, pain in the butt it always had read-write errors. had JVC was a fair CD player but not real clear. Had Blaupak Same as the sony due to they are built by sony. Panasonic is good only if you buy the Pro series but they cost about $1000 and up. Best i've had is my 2 Kenwood MP3 Players and never an issue. I actually use the remote all the time for them. Go MP3 in stead of a cd changer.
