They sell in a smooth finished also if you didn't want it that ruff.

MJ , That looks mighty fine . It is going to take a lot of fish on that deck to wear that stuff down . Next shot should have a red to brown tint and a few scales !

In the first picture you can see that I have a 25 gal gas tank in there, This gives me a total of 65 gals

The first coat took about 2 hours to dry anough for me to get in for the second. that brought me to like Noon.
I did the 2nd coat and it was still a little tacky at dark.

Today I had to walk in there with socks cause it was still a hair tacky, I left a shoe print when I got in there with dirty shoes, but it rubed right off. '
It will be a day or two before total dry and I won't be using it for a few weeks yet.

Very nice. Why do you bother to keep the old I/O cover? It's a BIG cutting board and I figure the way you work your boat you would want the extra cockpit space. Just wondering, not criticizing.
