Looks like an older Robalo. If so, I'll bet the foam throughout the hull is saturated. :P

Says transom is good. So why is there a gaint plate going across the transom. :o

i talked to the guy it has had the HIN cut from the transom. see in his new pics so there is no way to know as of yet but all hulls have 2 HIN locations 1 on transom other on the cap somewhere. once you found it you would be good to go.
