Default Volvo_Penta Repower

Hi Folks,
I just bought a 1985 V-20 Steplift with a frozen 350ci V-8. It's not an original engine so I'm really starting my repower from scratch. My problem is in making sure I have the right match and want to double check the gear ratio in the outdrive.

I managed to get the grease off the Serial Number plate on the outdrive today and have the part number, but can't find a source to look it up. Does anyone have a source to look up these part numbers?

The Part Number is 867800 8425

Thanks.

www.iboats.com is a good place to check. There are a few here that have V8's and might be able to help. I had the 165 stright 6 in mine.

Good Luck
