Some of you might remember RAP trying to tell me where to find my hull ID number. Well, it is gone for sure. I've checked all over the transom.
But, I did place a call to the NC wildlife place and they did a reverse lookup on the old registration numbers and gave me the hull ID number. The last two bytes of this number was 72, so I think I finally know what year I have. I'm in the process of filing the necessary paperwork and paying the necessary fees to have the boat registered for the next 3 years. Also, I'm jumping through some hoops to get the title put in my name so that I can get a tag for the trailer I rebuilt. Its been real painful, but the good news it that it will all be over soon. Later, Blue

Good work, BR...wading through the beaurocratic quagmire is always a BLAST(kinda like havin' an M-80 go off in your hand)... :o...glad to hear you got some light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully some bud light in the bottom of the fridge... ;D

now why would you go and wish bud light on a friend. everybody knows miller light is better. *;D and why not wish something better than a bayliner of a beer to your friend anyway and conjure up an Anchor Steam (nautical tone) or Brooklyn Lager instead. successfully dealing with the DMV in any state calls for a party!
