Since I got no replys I went on and researched it myself, and this is what it said, 2 stroke oil if opened is good for two years if it's not opened and sealed its good for five years.
Since I'm not 100 percent sure if this is correct,I am not going to put and buy( a great deal too) the oil. I put to much money into my boat to screw it up with putting expired oil into it.me personally it think it would be fine but I would feel comfortable using it. Maybe this info would be good for someone else,I don't want you to screw up your engine after all we are like family here.

No, just busy as always. Official story i was told by merc, as long as it doesn't get below freezing temp and congeals, its OK to run. I'd shake it up real good, pour it thru a screen or strainer to to check, and run it. Ive a 5 gallon jug of two stroke from oil tanks Ive removed. No telling how old that stuff is, I shake it up and pour it thru a screen into a smaller jug, my 150 Johnrude doesnt mind it

Thanks for the reply spare, like I said 2 1/2 gallons for 19.99 is pretty hard to pass on
It's lubrimatic TCW3 but I don't even know if they make lubrimatic oil anymore . I think the next time I go to that store if they still have it I will buy it My engines are 1988 and a 1984 Mercury and were designed to run on TCW2 so this stuff is more advanced I will shake it up and find a screen and run it thru I really don't want to pass up a great deal today cause with that moron in office who knows how high things will go .
