Default first fishing trip 2019

finally able to get the boat out on the water. first time out since oct 7. boat ran great, new bimini did its job, but the fish didn't. heard a few reports of spanish, but we couldn't find them. water temp was 66*-68*, still a little cool. should be soon.

anyway, it was great to be out. hopefully some fish pics to come

Dang Phat. You look like you're going on an expedition to the arctic. How cold was it out there?

Hey Phat, wow 65 and you look like Nanouk. At least you are able to get out and wet a line. We are still looking at April. Good luck and catch a few.

That s true skunk, i actually had shorts on and a t shirt with my V-20 hoodie, i m in winter mode. I had the buff pulled up because we had just got through running to the spot.

I used to think those things were stupid, till the kids got me one for Christmas, now i hate to go out without one, especially surf fishing off the beach. I also wear one at work, kinda freaks them out when i m working around banks
