89 Johnson 120hp parts motor

Well after 3 fun filled weeks in July of replacing parts and not getting spark I gave up and repowered.
I now have a 89 Johnson 120 looper that has some 140 stickers on the cowl from the previous owner I have no need for.
Engine hours unknown, ran great before the no spark condition, just changed starter and solenoid a week before.
Tried a good powerpack off a buddies identical motor and it was a no go. Have a spare lower unit that goes with it as well and any other spare parts I can find.
What's it worth to you? Throw me some offers need to get it out of my driveway(under a tarp)
