Wow that's quite a good list of things that you've done. Luckily we've had a somewhat mild winter. Here's what I've got done so far.
Boat,
Recore soft spot in front of windshield(ceiling in cuddy cabin)
Paint entire cuddy.
Recored gas tank hatch.
Relocate tilted element transducer.
Rebuild passenger seat to include a livewell and tackle storage.
Replaced the old rod pockets.
Repaint the deck with new nonskid.
Replace all eisenglass in the enclosure.
Motor,
Replace stock reeds with performance reeds
Reseal lower unit and replace water pump

I still have to buff the hull and paint the bottom. Then go over the trailer bearings for the trip to Charleston.

Detailed outside hull only today......key to attached picture is the degree of reflection on side of boat....... reflection of pavers, paper towel scraps, electrical cord etc.
I believe my process yields shine that's actually brighter than new......and this V is 20 years old.
