Default V-21 owners - take look at transom doors

Suggested- remove the port and starboard transom access doors, clean, then re install with a good heavy bead of caulking.

Looks like Wellcraft had originally just screwed these in without much if any caulking.

Doing this will improve two things:
1. Help keep water out of the inside behind the doors.
2. Protect the wood transom framing around the doors from moisture.

You can coat the inside framing with the caulking too.

I just did this - it's a quick easy job.

Shat I never did those ones last year I put a bead of caulking around the rod holder boxes. I get a bit of water build up when I clean the killing deck lol.

Thanks BGreene. Sound advice. I just installed my new hatches last weekend. Pics to come.
