Super Bowl in NY......Grrrrr
Gotta love the way that NYC media is trying to horn in on the Super Bowl. Like NJ doesn't even exist. TV announcers saying it's going to be held in E. Rutherford, New York. (It's in E. Rutherford, NJ) Renaming a street in NYC for one day to "Superbowl" Blvd., and I just heard on the TV today that there's going to be a huge fireworks display on Super Sunday from Liberty State Park in NY. (Liberty State Park is in Jersey City, NJ) I am so sick and tired of this BS. At least one state senator is saying he's going to introduce legislation requiring the NY Giants and the NY Jets to change their names to the NJ Giants and the NJ Jets. The FACT is the Giants have been playing in NJ for the last 39 years, and for the Jets 2014 will mark their 30th year in NJ. It's about time that NJ required them to either change their names or get the f**k out! With a brand new stadium and other bribes, I'm betting that they will change their names. If not, then good riddance!! I'm sure that if we really wanted a football team of our own we could either buy one or start our own. (just like Green Bay) Tired of the BS.
