I was thinking about adding them to my project 20'. I'd like to hear some thoughts on them on our hulls and pics if anybody has them.

I would be concerned about making the boat track funny in the slop. It would definitely make for a quicker bow.

I had thought about doing some sort of spray rail too. But I was thinking about something maybe just below the rub rail. Or actually intigrate a spray rail and a rub rail together.

The only thing that makes my boat have a dry ride is the enclosure. Any kind of broadside wind blows the spray right back into the boat. Thats the only problem with deep vee hulls. I think a little deflector just below the rub rail would be enough to turn the water down without affecting the ride quality.

All that flare can be a blessing and a curse on smaller hulls. I can't count the times I have been completely drenched when you would think it would be dry.
I already have tabs, just brainstorming now.
