| Favored Bilge Switch

Hello to all V20'ers, My project is coming along good, just waaay too slow. Soon I need to set up my bilge pump system, I want to go with dual Rule 2000's in the bilge area with 3 position rocker style switchs. I read all the good bad and ugly about float switches, so was wondering if anyone has any experience/opinions/thoughts about Water Witch pump switches? Thanks in advance, Ken |

I have never heard of water witch. I used a Johnson switch that has no float. it has two sensors on the side at 3/4 and 2 inches. So far no complaints after two years.

Jason, your switch sound like the water witch. Did'nt know johnson had the same set up. Just curious about float type vs non float as far as dependability.

Two sensors on the side, no float, Water Witch 101 is a great product.

Like I said two years and no problems. My V had so much crap in the bilge the floated switches kept getting stuck. I have tried the SureBail, no impressed. Not to mention it died after a year. I feel confident enough in the Johnson switch that I will buy another for a forward bilge pump. just looked at it, its an ultima switch.
