Thanks Parish,Jason, and day. Boat .net had a clearer view when magnified.

What I'm really trying to figure out is the 2 aluminum caps that are on the main body of my carbs? I'm rebuilding my carbs and I know my carbs like the back of my hand. Do I need to remove and clean under those caps on top of the idle jets? I'm not one to do something half ***. So can somebody help me with this? Thanks fellas

Well I just went outside and peeled them aluminum caps back. It seem to be the offices that introduces the gas to air. And yes it was nasty in there even after I soaked them and blew them out with air.
