Positive/ Negative lead what gauge?
I have a 135 HP evirude. I'm gonna be putting my batteries under my console. What gauge lead should I use to run about 8 foot?

My leanth is much greater then yours, I used 4 gauge Tinned wire for marine use. Got from a guy on ebay at a fair price.
Went from transom all the way to cabin in the 23 foot Sea Ox and have 0 issues. Hope that helps

For that size engine a 6 guage is teh minumum size to go with, but I would go with 4 or bigger myself. I believe in overkill.
