Default Antenna mount

my antenna mount is up near the throttel but on the outside of the glass i was wondering how you run your wires so you can not see it.....pics would be great

drill a hole and run the wire through the panel.....

BTW, CC DC or cuddy?

Assuming its a cuddy just do what Smoke said.....If you get in the cuddy and look through the cut out in the bulk head that lets you see the backs of your gauges and the fuses you will be able to see down the inside of the cap and be able to grab the wire coming through....might need to get creative with a coat hanger or pliers but you should be able to see it.... Again if its a cuddy you should also have an inspection port just behind your throttle to access the fuel vent and fuel fill ....can get your hand in there to help snake the wire forward.

adding to what was said by others....Remove the glove box below the steering wheel. That is another place to get a hand inside to fish a wire.

Sorry I'm late to the party w/this...it's in the background, but clearly shows how I set up my 21 a couple of years ago...you'll need the fitting shown, but it's not expensive...even cheaper, run the wire thru the glass and cover w/a clamshell...



as the others have said, once the wire is thru the fiberglass, run it up forward to the radio...
