Yep That's the EX Daniel Webster known now as Moored Training Ship (MTS) 626.

On time the crew over pressureized the engine room doing a compartment air test and caused the engine room escape hatch to "blow shut" and stick because they decided to turn the hatch ring during the air test.

I had to go down there (Charleston) and devise a hyd jack where we disassembled the screw part of the hatch and insert a road thru the hole and install the hyd jack and jacked the hatch shut from the outside and then go below and operate the hatch gear to open the locking mechanism. It took 40 tons of pressure to squash the viton gasket and then we still had to use to 20lb malls and hit on opposite ends of the hatch ring gear at the same time.
