Default Went fishing this afternoon

I tried to get Reel to blow off working on his boat earlier this week and go fishing. He just wanted to keep wrenching. The tide was right, so i took teh McKee otu this afternoon. Started off getting rained on

tried a couple of places up the Wando, ended up in a creek across the river from where everyone fished this spring at the get together.
First red was a keeper at 20"

after that the bite was one
caught 14 that looked just like this one, all 1/4 inch under slot

caught two specks, biggest one was 14, released both of them

for all ya'll Merc haters

headed back to the ramp at Rimleys Point

released the 20" red into hot grease after proper cleaning and battering

just so ya'll know, I'm not all Wrench and no Rod

Nice to see you getting out for a little R & R. Man I can taste that fresh fish from here. Kind of neat being able to place exactly where you were fishing too!

Great job. Nice fish. I like the way you roll, throw the keys, cell phone, whatever in the floor of the boat, "I got a fish on!"
