Default How to ? Throttle too tight

Found that advancing the throttle arm needs more pressure than I prefer.
Anyone know how to adjust it ?

It shift in and out of gear very easily, and slows easily - its just advancing the throttle from trolling to planing speed that's too tight.

Appreciate assistance, thanks

most likely you need to adjust the throttle tension. I would need to see a pic of your control to tell you where teh adjustement might be at. Most of them involve removing the top cover to get at it though. Some side mounts will have a screw in the end of them that you turn by hand to adjust it as well.

I was going to ask the say question as I'm having a similar issue. It shifts into gear no problem but I have to go full forward with a lot of tension before it gets going. I'm assuming that it's a cable thing but, I do not know.
