they are normally good people to deal with, I've never had an issue with them as far as ordering goes. They shouldn't have any issues with shipping to you, I know they ship to Europe.

SUMMIT is one place I HIGHLY doubt you'll have a problem with. They always go above and beyond with me to price match, make sure the parts are there on time, AND have always fixed any problems I have had in lightning time with 100% satisfaction for me.
