Has anyone else heard about this deal that starting June or July fishing licenses are being done away with in Florida?I thought I heard something about that on the news but was half asleep and never heard anything about it again.

I want that NOAA thing about the federal license crap! Got a link, post it.
Sneaky as them bastadges are, it is probably already in the mix. Normally, there is not enough money in the (these) states budget to survive by themselves to police/enforce offshore regulations. On the flip side, the federal people usually employ the state to do the same enforcement.

I htink the fee was only applicable to states that didn't allready have a salt water liscense, that was one of the reasons NC started having one, so it would be expempt from teh federal requiremnt
