Hey, I just wanted to let y'all know that I really enjoy all the info on the board here, I'd been lurking for a while, but now I got something to post about. I just bought a '83 V-20 cuddy in Mobile this weekend.
I am friends with Stinky too, and have been fishing on his 18 Sport about 1/2 dozen times. Yes, he is about as goofy in real life :) Riding in his boat is what convinced me of how dry and smooth riding the steplift hull is. The boat is still in Mobile, but I'll try and get a few good pics. |

Welcome to the site!!
You gonna like the cuddy better than Stinks boat. We (probably) won't hold it against you for knowing him. Dang, looks like it's ready to go!

I THINK so, because the batteries are located in the back center hatch in front of the motor. That's how the V-20 Fisherman is diagramed in the Wellcraft manual. Is there any way I can find out for sure from Hull ID, etc?
