Obviously gonna be a lotta work...what level does he want it to be when done?...if he just wants a good ol' fishin' boat, not much work...if he wants a pristine rebuild, then LOTS of work...it says floor needs work...is that just gettin' the existing carpet (or whatever) up and renew deck surface or does floor need to be removed and redone...depends on what he wants the finished thing to look like...either way, looks like a good starting point...and for that money, he can't go too wrong...
