Guess this could be a good idea if you could secure rods inside and lock it up. It would at least hide them from azzholes, like the ones that hit lumber.

I was in my boat taking the picture, it was hard to get closer. From what I could see definitely a do it yourself job. Done nice by the way.
I am wondering what could be done about the water that must get between the hull and the doors. Water must get through. If I ever see him I will ask questions and post. |

Hate to say it, but now if some scumbag really wants his rods, he'll have to replace them again...and then fix his rod-box doors they tore up gettin' in...

true but they are out of sight. but I always did live by that rule and have never lock any of my convertibles through the years

I don't use anything longer the 7 feet in a boat, they will fit in the cuddy just fine. Lock the cuddy door, it just keeps honest people honest, the scum no care what they have to do if they want them they are going to take them!!
