First butterflied and hammered out flat
Stuffing is ground snausage, bacon, onion, bell pepper, fresh parsley and a layer of cream cheese. just put it on the smoke...see yall in a couple hours. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Anyone got any Lipitor?

The most primitive form of cooking MJ. Very easy to learn. I always thought it was hard too before i started playing around with it.

Here in the NE we don't have a long outdoor season, but what do you think of the eletric smokers that you put wood in?? I know its not the same but what you think, Thanks

Electric smokers are fine. They even make some higher end ones that Id like to add to my arsenal one day.
Nothing wrong with going that route at all. Like I said its very easy to get started and learn how. Its a fun hobby because it obviously tastes great but you can start as simple as you want to and theres always room to move up by making your own rubs, sauces, etc. As long a you follow a few basic steps its hard to completely screw up.
