Default OBAMA - Nobel Peace Prize?

Really? I can't even make this up folks. I normally keep out of politics and religion to avoid a fight but come on.

I would love to have included the minutes for the meeting BHO has later today where he is going to make the decision to send more of our Armed Forces to Afganistan or Not. Gee that is kind of a no brainer now aint it.
The lack of support for our troops by the current administration not only pisses me off but should have the entire country up in arms.

OBAMA- One Big A$$ Mistake America.

Give me one meaningful accomplishment that would justify awarding him the Nobel Peace Prize? (Hint, being the most liberal president in history does not qualify him, nor does being on the Late Show or going to Harvard Law) He didn't have enough hours experience in the Senate to be a manager at a fast food resturant let alone the POTUS. And please don't play the race card, you know, the new tactic the dems use whenever they are getting their a$$ handed to them in a debate..it is getting old.
Our government cannot tax and fee us out of a recession folks.
"It is akin to standing in a bucket and lifting oneself up by the handle" - Churchill.

And we bombed the moon to the tune of $79 million dollars. I could have used a little of that...

I dont even know why I bother.....but I would guess that his Cairo speech to the muslim world went a long way in their decision on this....I'll admit I was just a surprised to hear this news....but a US president making a speech like that is so far different from our last administrations approach to muslim countries that I guess somebody took notice.

he was NOMINATED, not awarded 2 weeks after the inauguration in anticipation that he would try to change world opinion about the US. If he chose not to do anything they did not have to award it to him. I'm not saying that speech did not fall on deaf ears as it probably did but it was a different approach.

NOMINATED, I understand. That is exactly what I posted. I was unaware that the criteria for NOMINATION included looking at the POTENTIAL of the nominee to do something. I always assumed that they would NOMINATE only those that had already ACCOMPLISHED something worthy of the NOMINATION.

No disrespect to you as I doubt you had any input into the panels decision. I know BHO has many accomplishments. His rise to power is truly amazing. He is arguably the best orator we have ever had as POTUS. The promises made in the speaches are what got him elected.

He has changed the world's view of America, the French love us now, the Canadians think were nuts for wanting a single payer health care system and most of Europe knows we are headed toward Socialism.
BHO is sympathetic toward muslims and doesn't make any bones about it. All muslims are not bad but the single biggest mistake BHO has made to date is attempting diplomacy with the radical muslim world. The world views us as weak, and we are. All the talk is just that, it gives those that laud the speaches warm fuzzies.
The Messiah is now among the ranks of Mother Theresa and Ghandi.
I am outta here I need to go puke.
You can have the last word, I will recuse myself from this thread just as any man that ushers another man to his death should have done when NOMINATED for THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE.
