Hillary postage stamp

Heard this morning a test survey had been conducted by the postal service of an approval rating on a new stamp to be introduced with the picture of Hillary on it.
The stamp was slated for recall due to a possible defect. Some 20 percent of the stamps performed as a normal stamp as the other 80 percent used failed to stick to the envelopes properly.
It was determined that the most likely defect was not due to a manufacturing error but customers spitting on the face side of the stamp.
The production of this stamp is said to be suspended, further research is needed to evaluate its usefulness in the postal service.
