2000 Yamaha VMax 150 HPDI Experience
Does anyone have any experience with the 2000 Yamaha VMax 150 HPDI? *I'd appreciate any information on this motor.

Several of the guys have Yamahas, but that particular yr/ model doesn't ring any bells...anybody??...

Nope but I was looking at them as a repower option on my '72 as the VMAX has a 20" leg on it, which is what I needed. They should be good motors but I'll defer that to the ones that have ran them.

retdguy...Just remembered...buddy 'o mine has V-Max on a Bass Boat...is that a SALTWATER-Rated motor?...if you are all freshwater use, no problem, but if you're gonna get her salty, I'd look into it... ;)...
