any one near there?? whats it like? I have a friend looking at condos for a winter get away,

He is looking in these areas

Lauderdale, Naples, Sarasota, Bradenton, Fort Myers and Bonita springs

I'm not real familar with the COCONUT CREEK area(POMPANO BEACH), all I can really tell you is it has turned into CUBA down there. I hope you can speak spanish ;D. NAPLES isn't to bad, but there are alot of MEXICANS there now. FORT MYERS is pretty nice, true beach town(lots of bikini's on sunny days :o). And BRADENTON SARASOTA are is more so down to earth(for the most part, JERRY SPRINGER does live there as well as HULK HOGAN).

Sorry, Big Guy...all those venues on Southern-Mid Gulf coast...a GREAT place to be, but Pubahville, where me 'n ol' whass 'is name'll be, is on East coast ;) 8) 8) ...

...but I can tell ya w/out lookin' you'll LIKE it a LOT!!... 8) 8) 8) ...
