hello folks. i am a big fan of the v 20, although i dont own one, i just got rid of my searay and am looking as we speak. i have never been on a v 20 and have a millon questions. i love going offshore... has anybody ever pushed the envelope? whats the range with that little gas tank? do they ride as nice as they look like they do? what size transom? how many people comfortably? got alot more questions but i dont want to start out too strong... thanks all.

Gas tanks range from 40 to 60 side tanks and floor tanks depending on what year you get.

Range again depends on how much fuel and what size motor??

They ride great when you have them trimed right and no what speed to run in the water your in.

Now Mine is a 1975 I/O conversion, I have 2 - 20 gallon gas tanks and I added a 25 to the old engin well for a total of 65 gal.
I run a 175 Yamaha and get about 3 miles pwer gal. so thats about 180 miles.
Again depending on the conditions and other stuff.
