Anchors A-Weigh
Everyone I have seen on here uses the traditional "fluke" style anchor w/ a chain. I found this (red) anchor hooked to a line in the inlet about 8 years ago and have thrown away all others since then.
I can drop the anchor anywhere and it sticks every time, no fuss, no re-anchor, just drop and done. The red one is 20#, the black is 10#, I bought it for keeping the back of the boat away from the sand when beaching. Anyone else?
