Update on MJ
Hey Everyone!!
I hope that everyone is doing well in these crazy times. I myself am so ready for remote learning to end! One more week!! Haha. Due to covid, the nursing home has been closed to visitor's. The kids and I did a "window" visit a couple of weeks ago. It was also the FIRST TIME that MJ had been OUT of bed since NOVEMBER! Next week I will be able to visit with him in person but 10ft away and following all the guidelines. I couldn't be happier, although hugging him would be amazing. With fathers day coming up, I have ran out of ideas on what to do or get for MJ (besides a kick in the butt). I was wondering if anyone would be interesting in writing him a letter, if anyone has any v20 shirts, hats, sweatshirts laying around. Im just trying to find something to put some pep in his step! I know he greatly misses all of you. Let me know of any ideas... Sincerely Amanda Scupgirl

thanks for the update, Amanda. please let your father know that we think of him often and miss his big mouth around here. we only hope for the best for him and wishing him a good recovery. please let him know that I personally cant wait to give him that kick in the a$$ when I see him.

Scupgirl, thanks for the update, been wondering and worrying about the old fart. I know this mess hit his demographic pretty hard. If you would, pm me an address to drop him a note. Maybe i am still fluent in windtalker.
I better not get any vinyl siding or insurance salesmen calling on me when he gets my address. Thanks again

Hey Amanda, thanks for the update. I'd like to let MJ know that his name comes up a lot around here and that many of us are thinking of him, missing him and wishing him well. I don't have any shirts or hats, but someone reading this might.
Also so everyone knows, MJ's birthday is coming up on 7/24! p.s. I went dug up a pic from an old post by Chumbucket of "Disco Maco"
