1975 v20 cuddy 200hpdi

plan was to re-power with 175 rude but most of them i have found have had age related issues , So this evening I checked out a 2006 200 yamaha hpdi
what do you guys think
mind you i have raised my transom to 25" and I have saddle tanks I plan to keep
both the 150 and 200 are the same weight at 475 lbs as per NADA
