Classic Boston Whaler 13- good buy?

Hey guys.
Long time reader, first time poster. Great community.

I love my V20 but I'm always looking for another project. I used to flip cars once in a while (ideally for a profit but not always).

I came across this classic 13 Boston Whaler for sale near me. I contacted the owner, who sent more pictures of the hull. Looks like it is definitely in need of a complete restoration. The gel coat is peeling and everything. He doesn't know what's wrong with the engine, something with the head, but they didn't think it was worth fixing.

I'm wondering what you guys think about this. What's a fair price? I feel like he's asking a bit much. If I bought it, I'd redo the hull inside and out, new benches, and obviously have to figure something out for the engine. I wouldn't want to spend more than I could get out of it, so what do you think one of these in good shape is worth?
